Kansas State University-Manhattan Pipe Organ Encounter (POE)
The Kansas State University-Manhattan Pipe Organ Encounter will be headquartered at Kansas State University. Six faculty members from the Midwestern United States will instruct students in a variety of lesson and workshop environments. Students and faculty who come to the Kansas State University-Manhattan Chapter's POE will feel the down-home, genuine Midwestern hospitality that residents of our community exemplify. Four pipe organs are available on campus for practice, lecture, and performance purposes in addition to nine additional pipe organs housed in churches, many of which are 1.5 miles or less from dormitory housing.
